The challenge

The store was heavy and slow on phones, hard for the owner to update, and ran several plugins that did overlapping jobs. Ad spend was going in without reliable data on what produced sales.

The approach

I rebuilt the theme around a streamlined mobile checkout, then worked through the rest in order:

  • Audited every plugin and removed the duplicates
  • Tuned images, caching and the database
  • Set up Google Ads and Meta conversion tracking

The results

Pages loaded faster on mobile, the checkout had fewer steps, and the owner could finally see which campaigns produced sales. Add your real numbers here, with the period they cover.

Add a short quote from the client here, if they are happy for you to share one.
